Q&A Software

Q&A Software is Currently Available on CD-ROM.

CD's include all of the current patch files as well as the latest (1998) printer driver set and fonts.

Network Packs

3-User Add-On Network Packs are available for Q&A 4.0 (DOS) and 5.0 (DOS) and 4.0 (Windows). Network pack installation requires prior installation of a single-user copy. Each Net pack adds 3 additional users to the single user license or previously installed network pack.

Q&A Technical Support Services / Policies

Technical Support covering problems such as Program Installation, basic program features & operation, Windows 95/98 installation, use of program updates/patches, etc. for the first 60 days from purchase of software - No Charge.
Technical Support after 60 days from purchase of software is Fee Based. Technical Support does not include application design, review or repair. Support is limited to proper Q&A program function - $100/Hour, Minimum Charge $25.
Database / Data / Application Repair, Rescue, Recovery, Rebuilding. Fee based - on complexity of effort and degree of damage or corruption. Damaged files must be sent to PCTA via e-mail or disk. Minimum deposit and fee for analysis - $100 (applied to total effort charge).

Q&A Consulting Services

Total business and systems analysis to provide the complete Q&A custom-designed application for any size business or operation. On-Site or Remote participation available.
Continuing support for any Q&A database system whether originally designed by PCTA or other parties.
Hand-Holding / Advice / Support for persons attempting their own systems design.
Analysis of existing database support systems with goal of improving overall efficiency. Systems can be designed in any DBMS.
Conversion of existing non-QA DBMS systems to Q&A design and vice-versa.
Data conversion, purification to / from Q&A database systems.
